My Tracking Says “Delivered” but I Didn’t Receive my Package — What Should I Do?

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, here’s what we recommend:

1. Check your email for the tracking link. If your order shipped with FedEx, there should be a photo showing exactly where the package was left.

2. Take a look around your mailbox, porch, front/back door, or any safe drop-off spots nearby.

3. If you live in a building, ask your neighbors, concierge, or front desk in case it was received for you.
